Our kids had a blast here. The staff ensured everyone is being considerate and nice, so everyone gets to enjoy the visit. Their designated toddler time is great idea as well. Fun place!
Overall fun place for when we took our toddler but the set up makes no sense. It’s designed as if you drop your kids off and leave. Nowhere to put anything except tiny little lockers that basically just fit your shoes. I wouldn’t bring the whole family unless they can all jump. We brought baby with us and there was no where to sit. Very minimal places to sit. They have massage chairs, but watch out, if you sit in them too long without paying they beep at you till you pay. So basically left just to stand. I don’t think they had winter in mind for it being busy. When it’s winter you have coats, boots etc. would have been nice to have more tables and sitting area. Otherwise toddler had fun.
First time at Air Insanity and was better than anticipated. Overall the place appears clean and staff was very friendly. Lots of trampolines as expected, but also several other cool stations including the Ninja Warrior area, toddler zone, dodgeball cage, rock climbing wall with foam pit, a couple trampoline basketball hoops, a larger foam pit with 2 trampolines with an elevated platform, etc. They also had arcade machines, but the only knock is several of them weren't working and took my money, but the staff explained another company owns them. That said, if they aren't going to be functional they should be removed. Had a great time and my family will be back!
Fun for my granddaughter and friends. Unfortunately, a mix-up with the pizza order left the group with no supper. The family hosting the party expressed frustration over the lack of food for the group. The whole group was in tears by the end (hungry and angry = Hangry!) When asked my 12y/o granddaughter was unsure if she would ever want to do it again...
My daughter loves it here!
Busy on the weekend I would recommend going on a week day.
Set up a time before hand online for jump times.

My son loved it here as a toddler. We came to the tot time and it was much quieter and less chaotic for him than with the bigger kids. It’s a clean place and we will definitely be back!
Great place for all ages, jumping and games, and everything arcade related. So much fun!
